Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of rm15 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. rm15 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rm15 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so we can take prompt action.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rm15 users agree to use this platform responsibly and within the bounds of applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information, or misusing the registration process.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the platform.
- Attempting to breach security systems or access another user's data without authorisation.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stated terms.
Rm15 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
Payments in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the rm15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of payment methods recognised in Malaysia, including eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost), online banking via FPX, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours subject to complete account verification.
Account Verification
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification by uploading a valid proof of identification. This is a standard security measure to protect your interests and meet the platform's compliance requirements.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rm15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or instruction from a relevant authority. In cases of justified closure, any verifiable account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to the refund policy in effect at that time.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Rm15 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform, including losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and that the decision to use the platform is made at their own discretion.

All content on the rm15 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of rm15 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the rm15 platform will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and if necessary, through mutually agreed dispute resolution channels. Users in Malaysia are subject to applicable Malaysian law for all matters relating to the use of this platform.
